Mrs. Milena Mitraud
Attorney Milena Mitraud brings over 25 years of international legal experience, with a background in both law and accounting. She began her career at Pinheiro Neto Advogados, one of Brazil’s most respected law firms, advising corporations and investors with a practical, business-focused approach.
Attorney Mitraud holds advanced legal degrees in both civil and common law from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and is licensed to practice law in Québec, Ontario, and New York. She also earned an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a postgraduate degree from Universidade Candido Mendes. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Throughout her career, she has advised clients on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions. Her legal expertise includes positions at leading Brazilian firms such as TozziniFreire Advogados, as well as international development work through her collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). In 2014, Attorney Mitraud moved to Miami, where she worked with a local law firm while completing her U.S. legal requirements. After being admitted to the Florida Bar, she launched her own boutique law firm, offering personalized legal services in immigration, intellectual property, corporate law, contracts, franchise law, and probate. and
